Brand strategist, entrepreneur, author, coach and… as of last year, I am now a mother, which in and of itself has been one of, if not THE most transformational transitions and transformations of my lifetime.

I believe every single exercise and activity we participated in led me straight into falling in love with myself again. It was a breathtaking experience.
