Terms and Conditions
Services
Members purchased the Ignite Portal for the purpose of coaching through Ashley Hann’s provision of trainings, modules, worksheets, and community creation.
Term
The membership begins on the day the product was purchased and ends exactly 12 months from the start date.
Fees and Period
The membership fee to access Ignite Portal is $970 per year. The membership period is one year from the date of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Members are committed to a minimum one-year membership period upon signing up. After the completion of the initial one-year commitment, members may choose to cancel their membership; however, please note that we do not offer refunds for any partial month of service or for months where the service was not utilized but the membership remained active.
Once a payment is processed, it secures the member’s access for the upcoming year and is non-refundable. To avoid automatic renewal and the associated charges for the next month following your one-year commitment, please ensure your cancellation request is submitted at least 7 days before the renewal date.
Payment Method
As a member, you are required to maintain a valid payment method on file for the annual membership charges. We will attempt to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Failed Payment Attempts
If we are unable to collect payment after three attempts, we reserve the right to remove your access to the Ignite Portal. We will provide notifications of failed payment attempts and grant a grace period of 7 days after the first failed attempt to update your payment information before access is restricted.
No Refund Policy
There are no refunds available for the Membership fee. The $970 annual membership is non-refundable, regardless of the usage or cancellation of the service/product during the membership period.
Renewal
Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of each period for another year unless the member notifies Ashley Hann of their decision not to renew at least 7 days before the end of the current membership period.
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood our policies regarding memberships, cancellations, and refunds.
Changes to Terms
Ashley Hann reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our service/product after such changes will constitute your consent to the updated terms and conditions.
