Ignite Portal Terms and Conditions
Services
Member purchased the Ignite Portal for the purpose of coaching through Ashley Hann’s provision of trainings, modules, worksheets, and community creation.
Fees
The membership fee to access the Ignite Portal is $97 per month.
Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel at any time. However, please be advised that we do not offer refunds for any partial month of service or for months where the service was not used but the subscription was active. Once a payment is made, it secures your access for the upcoming month and is non-refundable.
Payment Method
As a subscriber, you are required to maintain a valid payment method on file for the monthly subscription charges. We will attempt to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Failed Payment Attempts
If we are unable to collect payment after three attempts, we reserve the right to remove your access to the Ignite Portal. We will send notifications of failed payment attempts and grant a grace period of 7 days after the first failed attempt to update your payment information before access is restricted.
No Refund Policy
All payments made for the monthly subscription are non-refundable. This includes situations where the subscription is canceled partway through a billing cycle.
Renewal and Cancellation
Your membership will automatically renew each month. If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the Ignite Portal until then.
Agreement to Terms
By being a member of the Ignite Portal, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully to ensure you understand our membership policies, including our cancellation and no-refund policies.
Changes to Terms
Ashley Hann reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Ignite Portal after such changes will constitute your agreement to the updated terms and conditions.
