Ignite VIP Terms and Conditions
Services
Members purchased Ignite VIP for the purpose of coaching through Ashley Hann’s provision of trainings, modules, workshops, and community creation.
Fees and Period
The membership fee to access Ignite VIP is $997 billed monthly. Members are committed to a minimum one-year membership period upon signing up.
Cancellation Policy
Ignite VIP is a year-long high-touch coaching and community experience. After the completion of the initial one-year commitment, members may choose to cancel their membership; however, please note that we do not offer refunds for any partial month of service or for months where the service was not utilized but the membership remained active.
Once a payment is processed, it secures your access for the upcoming month and is non-refundable. To avoid automatic renewal and the associated charges for the next month, please ensure your cancellation request is submitted at least 7 days before the renewal date.
Payment Method
As a member, you are required to maintain a valid payment method on file for the monthly membership charges. We will attempt to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Failed Payment Attempts
If we are unable to collect payment after three attempts, we reserve the right to remove your access to Ignite VIP. We will provide notifications of failed payment attempts and grant a grace period of 7 days after the first failed attempt to update your payment information before access is restricted.
No Refund Policy
All payments made are non-refundable regardless of the usage or cancellation of the service/product during the indicated period.
Renewal
Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of each period for another year unless Ashley Hann and our team are notified of your decision not to renew at least 7 days before the end of the current period.
Agreement to Terms
By being a member, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully to ensure you understand our membership policies, including our cancellation and no-refund policies.
Changes to Terms
Asley Hann reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued access to Ignite VIP after such changes will constitute your agreement to the updated terms and conditions.
