Fulfillment Policy

We value our clients and strive to provide exceptional digital media services. Please read our policies carefully as they outline our commitment to transparency and set clear expectations for our collaboration.

Refund Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction with our services. Payments referred in the Project SOW shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of the Agreement for whatever reason. Should a client wish to be released from their agreement, they will be subject to a withdrawal fee equal to 30% of the total remaining payments due.

Cancellation Policy

Ashley Hann, LLC and/or its clients have the right to cancel services or deliverables not yet provided with 14 business days advance written notice to the other party.

Revisions and Approval Policy

We provide our clients with the opportunity to request revisions to ensure satisfaction.

• Included Revisions: Each project includes three rounds of revisions.
• Additional Revisions: Additional revisions will incur a fee based on the project’s complexity.
• Approval Timeline: Clients are expected to review and provide feedback within 3 to 5 business days of receiving deliverables.

Delivery Policy

Timely delivery is a priority for us.

• Delivery Timeframes: Project timelines will be outlined in the service agreement.
• Delays: Any anticipated delays will be communicated promptly.
• File Formats: Final deliverables will be provided in the agreed formats via secure channels.
